Job Title: Inbound/Outbound Sales Associate
Location: Remote (PST Timezone)

Work Schedule: Tuesday Saturday OR Sunday Thursday 8 am 5 pm
Salary Range: $1000 $1400 per month with potential for bonuses

Job description:
Were searching for an Inbound/Outbound Sales Associate with a passion for sales and exceptional customer service. If you excel in connecting with people and have a proactive attitude we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inbound Sales: Engage with incoming callers with enthusiasm and professionalism efficiently scheduling cleaning services.
• Outbound Sales: Reach out to businesses using provided lists building connections and generating new business opportunities.
• FollowUp: Connect with customers postcleaning to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction following our designated script.
• Complaints: Address any customer complaints aiming for resolution within 48 hours.
• Support Tickets: Oversee new sales customer support or complaint tickets through our email system.

Requirements:

• Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written.
  
• Strong WiFi connection and a quiet workspace for taking calls.
• Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Independent motivation with a proactive approach to sales opportunities.
• High reliability and adherence to work schedules.
• Quick decisionmaking skills and the ability to think independently.
• Familiarity with Slack Google Sheets DialPad (VoIP) and Trello or quick to learn new technologies.
• Experience in cold calling and outbound sales is highly valued.
