Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Assessing diagnosing and managing critically ill patients in the ICU/ER.
• Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests to determine the severity of patients conditions.
• Administering lifesaving interventions including advanced airway management and cardiac resuscitation.
• Collaborating with specialists and medical teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
• Monitoring and documenting patients vital signs and response to treatment.
• Providing guidance and support to nursing and support staff during critical procedures.
• Participating in medical rounds case reviews and continuous medical education activities.
• Adhering to evidencebased practices and protocols for critical care and emergency medicine.
• Communicating effectively with patients families and caregivers to provide updates and address concerns.
• Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations quality standards and safety protocols.

Required Qualifications:

• MBBS degree and active medical license.
• Board certification or fellowship training in Critical Care Medicine or Emergency Medicine.
• Proven experience in managing critically ill patients in ICU and ER settings.
• Advanced proficiency in using life support equipment and technologies.
• Strong clinical decisionmaking skills under highpressure situations.
• Ability to work collaboratively in fastpaced interdisciplinary healthcare environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient interactions and team collaboration.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying abreast of medical advancements.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple patient cases effectively.
