Job Title: ICT Project Manager
Location: Dublin 1 Onsite/Hybrid (Min 3 days / week)
Contract / Permanent: FTC 12 Months With further extension.
Start date: Immediate.
Role:
The CLIENT has identified a requirement for a Project Manager role to assist with two of the Finance & Operations and Investment Strategy & Investment Management workstreams within a wider programme to establish a number of new funds which will be managed and invested by the CLIENT.
The Finance and Operations workstream will be responsible for procuring and onboarding a service provider to provide global Custodian services designing the finance function target operating model and implementing the finance function target operating model (to include people systems and processes).
The Investment Strategy and Investment Management workstream will be responsible for developing an Investment Strategy for the new funds and procuring and onboarding Investment Managers to help deliver the strategy.
The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring through effective project management the timely delivery of the two workstreams objectives in support of the wider programme to establish a number of new funds which will be managed and invested by the CLIENT.
The role will be to report to the two workstream leads and will sit within the CLIENT Finance Team. There will be significant engagement across the CLIENT and in particular with the overall program project manager and governance team.
The Project Manager will be required to be onsite in the CLIENT s building Treasury Dock North Wall Quay Dublin a minimum of three days per week. However where project work requires it the Project Manager must make themselves available onsite as and when required.
Experience Level Required:
It is a mandatory requirement that the resource proposed has the equivalent of 4 years project management experience including:
planning monitoring and managing projects from initiation through to completion.
use of formal project management methodology (Prince2 or equivalent) to manage project areas such as risks and issues.
Primary degree preferably in Finance Business Engineering or a related discipline
It is preferable but not mandatory that the resource proposed also holds a formal project management qualification or certification.

Participation in analysis scope definition planning estimation and design of solutions.
Preparation and maintenance of project workstreams artefacts and documentation including detailed reports.
Ability to define and set clear attainable project workstreams objectives.
Use formal processes and tools to manage risks and changes.
Manage project workstreams to ensure ontime completion according to specifications.
Tracking recording and managing the assignment of tasks.
Managing data migration.
Supplier management. Liaising with and reporting to two workstream leads
Key Experience/Competencies/Skillsets:
The following Experience/Competencies/Skillsets are applicable to this Role. Essential Experience:
Planning monitoring and managing projects from initiation through to completion.
Use of formal project management methodology (Prince2 or equivalent) to manage project areas such as risks and issues.
Experience running planning and discovery workshops.
Creating delivery plans and adhering to them.
Working to tight deadlines.
Experience with structure reporting across risks issues and milestones.
Working as part of a programme of works.
Experience managing deliveries with a team of 5 members. Specific experience in the following would be an advantage:
Procurement of custodian and investment management services including requirements gathering tender evaluation/selection and onboarding.
Experience in writing tender documents for relevant financial services.
Working on fund administration or investment management projects; and
Defining and implementing an Operating Model. Skills
