ICT Manager

• Responsible for the effective implementation and management of Microsoft Dynamics ;365 enterprise resource planning (ERP) system learning management system (LMS)fileserver and networking infrastructure application software development information security instructional technologies technical training microcomputer installation and maintenance and user support services.
  

• Responsible for the development and implementation of policies protocols and standards on a broad range of ICT issues.
  

• Responsible for providing staff and guests with a securely encoded identification card that can be used to access the building and record attendance.
  

• Effective stakeholder management especially with regards to costs value and risk potential of new IT projects.
  

• Conduct periodic capability assessment i.e. ensures client s preparedness timely response and rapid recovery in the event of a cyberattack natural disaster or another emergency.
  

• Responsible for protecting the confidentiality integrity and availability of client s data and information systems.
  

• Ensure that new applications and technologies are compatible with existing systems and are appropriately integrated into clients enterprise architecture.
  

• Oversees the planning analysis design and implementation of selected systemwide software applications by working with staff in respective business functions to determine requirements achieve milestones and deploy successful Information Services projects.
  

• Collaborates with the Finance team in the preparation of the annual budget authorizing the expenditure of funds and maintaining overall budget control of the Information Services.
  

• Manage IT Helpdesk to effectively resolve employee day to day IT challenges regarding laptop CUP MiFi etc.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering Computer Science or ICT related Program
  
• 5 years of experience in ICT management & service delivery
  
• Certification on PMP/PRINCE2ITIL v3/v4 MCSA MCSE and CWNA.
