Job Title : Identify and Access Management (IAM) Support

Location : St. Paul MN 55106 (Remote)

Contract

Sample Tasks

• Oracle IAM 11g suite system monitoring and maintenance
• Proactively retrieve and apply patches from Oracles market driven support for 11g including any security patching
• Apply any upgrades or patching that needs to be done in the environment for example java upgrades
• Manage replacement of digital certificates including creating the CSR and applying the certificate
• Troubleshooting Identity and Access issues as reported by application teams via incident and work order tickets.
• Monitor and maintain a State custom enterprise user management component
• Meet SLA response requirements at the various severity levels documented by the State
• Provide increased monitoring and on call support during peak times like open enrollment
• Provide support for disaster recovery exercise efforts annually
• Knowledge transfer to State team as necessary

Desired Resource Qualifications

• Experience supporting Oracle Identity and Access Management suite including OIM OAM OUD Oracle Database Oracle Weblogic
• Experience with Linux operating systems support
• Experience reading and tailing logs for troubleshooting
• Understanding of integration methods: Header Based Secure LDAP Websphere TAI SAML and OAuth
• Knowledge of SOAP and REST API calls
