Hydraulic Fitter

1. Assemble install and maintain hydraulic systems and components according to specifications and engineering drawings.
2. Conduct inspections troubleshooting and repairs of hydraulic equipment and machinery.
3. Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance and longevity of hydraulic systems.
4. Diagnose and rectify hydraulic system malfunctions including leaks pressure issues and component failures.
5. Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to develop and implement improvement initiatives for hydraulic systems.
6. Adhere to safety protocols and procedures while working with hydraulic equipment and tools.
7. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities including parts inventory and service reports.
8. Provide technical support and guidance to junior fitters and maintenance staff as needed.
9. Stay updated with advancements in hydraulic technology and recommend upgrades or modifications to enhance system efficiency.

1. ITI Fitter certification with 510 years of proven experience in hydraulic fitting and maintenance.
2. Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings schematics and technical manuals.
3. Strong knowledge of hydraulic principles components and systems including pumps valves cylinders and hoses.
4. Ability to use hydraulic testing equipment and diagnostic tools effectively.
5. Excellent troubleshooting skills with a systematic approach to problemsolving.
6. Good communication skills to interact with colleagues supervisors and external stakeholders.
7. Flexibility to work in Ghaziabad or Sikandarabad locations as required.
8. Current residency in Uttar Pradesh preferred.
