Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detailoriented Machine Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring the operational efficiency of our manufacturing facilities through the maintenance repair and servicing of industrial machinery. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and a proven track record in industrial equipment maintenance.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and scheduled maintenance of industrial machinery and mechanical equipment.
  
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform repairs to prevent downtime.
  
• Inspect machines regularly to uphold high standards of quality safety and efficiency.
  
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance.
  
• Install new production equipment and validate its functionality.
  
• Coordinate with machine operators and production staff to assess machinery performance.
  
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety regulations.
  
• Document maintenance procedures including repairs made and parts ordered.
  
• Participate in safety audits and contribute to safety training sessions.
  

Essential Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred.
  
• Minimum of 3 years experience in mechanical maintenance in an industrial setting.
  
• Proven ability to work with a variety of hand and power tools safely and effectively.
