HVAC Dispatcher

Location: Pompano Beach

Job Type: Fulltime

Salary: $25 to $30 an hour

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Dispatcher to join our team. The HVAC Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating and dispatching service technicians to various job sites ensuring timely responses to customer requests and maintaining effective communication between the field staff and management.

Tasks

Responsibilities:

• Schedule and dispatch HVAC service technicians to customer locations based on urgency and availability.
• Efficiently manage service calls and work orders to meet customer needs and expectations.
• Communicate with customers to gather necessary information and provide updates on technician arrival times.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure they have the required materials tools and information for each job.
• Monitor the progress of service calls and adjust schedules as needed to meet changing priorities.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls including customer information work performed and resolution details.
• Collaborate with the service manager to optimize technician routes for improved efficiency.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries resolving issues and maintaining positive relationships.
• Assist in maintaining an organized and efficient dispatch center.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an HVAC Dispatcher or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using dispatching software and tools.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Familiarity with geographical locations and routes.
• Customeroriented mindset with a focus on providing highquality service.
• Strong problemsolving skills.
• Previous experience in HVAC dispatching or a related field.
