TalentHub Brasil is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee HR operations. Responsibilities include recruitment employee relations and performance management.
Roles and Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures. Lead recruitment efforts and oversee employee onboarding. Handle employee relations issues and performance management. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Requirements
Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field. HR certification (e.g. SHRM HRCI) preferred. Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Skills: Recruitment employee relations performance management conflict resolution leadership.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR roles with supervisory experience.
