• Screening potential employees resumes and application forms in order to identify potential applicants for firm job openings.
• End to end recruitment Organising different Activities meant for Employee Engagement.
• Posting job openings on job boards or any other Social Media Platform.
• Planning Coordinating and supervising the employment of new interns.
• Candidates will also assist with the onboarding and orientation of new interns.
• Training and Development of the newly onboarded ones.

• Person must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good at time Management and handling Pressure.
• Should be smart in terms of problem solving and should be a critical thinker.
