Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our fastpaced fintech company. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a range of HR operations including onboarding offboarding administer employee benefits and driving HR projects that support our strategic goals.

Key elements of the role will include but are not limited to:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the endtoend process for onboarding new employees and offboarding departing staff ensuring a seamless transition and positive experience.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure HR operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements and company policies are up to date and followed.
  • HR Projects: Lead and contribute to various HR projects such as culture enhancement process improvements and implementation of HR technologies.
  • Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends salary benchmarks and best practices in HR.
  • Assist in designing and implementing L&D programs that align with our business objectives and foster employee growth.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and issues providing guidance and support as necessary.



Requirements

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
  • Comprehensive understanding of HR functions including employment law compensation benefits performance management and employee relations.
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering HR initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficient with Microsoft office and comfortable with data analysis and reporting.
