We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Human Resources Director with a global outlook in the retail sector. Our client is an organization experiencing rapid growth and transformation seeking a leader to shape and drive its human resources strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree (BA/BS) required; Masters degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience.
  • Proven history of developing and implementing HR strategies and policies that drive organizational success.
  • Proficiency in English is essential.
  • Experience in managing HR operations in an international context.

Job Description:

  • Develop and execute an integrated HR strategy.
  • Lead talent acquisition retention and development strategies implementing innovative recruitment and engagement approaches with a focus on diversity and continuous learning.
  • Foster a culture of learning and development implementing programs for professional growth.
  • Oversee the implementation of cuttingedge HR systems to enhance operational efficiency and provide valuable insights through datadriven decisionmaking.
  • Refine the onboarding process to effectively integrate new employees.
  • Create and oversee continuous education and training programs to promote professional growth and adaptability in the workforce.
  • Lead change initiatives promoting a positive and adaptive organizational culture.
  • Establish and implement HR efforts that effectively communicate and support the companys mission and strategic vision.
  • Manage performance systems and leverage data from employee feedback and turnover analytics to inform HR strategies.
  • Work with the executive management team to establish a sound plan for management succession that aligns with the companys strategy and objectives.
  • Oversee the HR budget and lead the HR team aligning efforts with the companys objectives.
