About the Role :
This is an earlystage role to build and scale the HR function at Thimblerr. This role is based out of Gurgaon and reports directly to the cofounder. The candidate will be responsible for setting up the basic foundation of the HR function and contributing to building the right performance and growth culture. To excel in this role you will need to have strong people advocacy and change management skills to manage the growing scale of the organization.
What will you do
- Build and scale the HR function at Thimblerr. You will be responsible for setting up executing and improvising the HR policies
- Building the best employee experience starting from the interview stage to onboarding and retention
- Support with policy and process to manage performance and create a performanceoriented culture that constantly creates opportunities for growth and learning. Partner with leadership to create a timeline for executing performance management evaluations. Coach managers on how to set goals and expectations with employees.
- Manage the payroll for both Onroll and Offroll employees and ensure timely and accurate payouts
- Drive HR Organization Design. establish an understanding of the short and longterm goals of planned organizational changes and assess the HR implications..
- Tracking and Publishing Weekly Reporters Attrition employee Connect employee grievance etc
- Regular pulse check of employees through connections. Be on the ground with employees to understand their pain points and areas of improvement.
- Drive the Agenda of 3Ps Policy Process and Practices in alignment with Business with the mindset of improving efficiency
PreRequisites:
- MBA in HR Preferred with. 5 years of proven HRBP experience in a fastpaced startup environment.
- Experience in organizational design Performance Management and Change Management.
- Experience in Implementing HR Policies & Processes.
