This is a remote position.
Duties:
Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process including posting job openings reviewing resumes and scheduling interviews
Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy of data in HR
Provide administrative support to the HR department including filing documents organizing meetings and preparing reports
Assist with employee relations matters including conflict management and resolution
Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
Requirements
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
