Position: Human Resource Manager
Job Description:
As the Human Resource Manager you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the companys human resources functions. You will work closely with the leadership team to develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the companys goals and objectives. Your role will be crucial in creating a positive and productive work environment for our employees.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures including recruitment onboarding performance management benefits and employee relations
Stay uptodate with employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance
Manage the recruitment process from job postings to candidate selection and onboarding
Conduct employee orientation and ensure all new hires are properly trained and integrated into the company culture
Oversee performance management processes including performance reviews goal setting and career development plans
Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance and support to managers and employees
Manage employee benefits including enrollment changes and annual open enrollment
Maintain accurate and uptodate employee records and ensure confidentiality
Develop and maintain relationships with external partners such as benefits providers and HR consultants
Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement strategies for employee engagement and retention
Continuously review and improve HR processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
35 years of experience in a human resources role preferably in a fastpaced environment
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Experience with HRIS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Experience in recruitment and employee relations
SHRMCP or PHR certification is a plus
