We are a recruitment company based in Colombo Sri Lanka. Our client is a Multinational manufacturing company in Katunayake. Below isw is the summery of the Job Description.

As the HR Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management within the company. You will work closely with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's objectives and foster employee engagement development and retention. Your duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements and industry best practices.
  • Managing recruitment and onboarding processes including sourcing candidates conducting interviews and facilitating orientation programs.
  • Providing guidance and support to managers and employees on HRrelated issues including performance management employee relations and conflict resolution.
  • Administering employee benefits programs and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Overseeing training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and competencies.
  • Managing HR records and data including payroll attendance and employee information systems.
  • Leading initiatives to promote diversity equity and inclusion within the organization.
  • Handling employee grievances and disciplinary procedures in a fair and timely manner.
  • Keeping abreast of developments in HR regulations and best practices and recommending adjustments to company policies and procedures as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management Business Administration or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in HR management roles preferably in the manufacturing sector.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles practices and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven leadership and decisionmaking abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational and timemanagement skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fastpaced environment.
