JOB BRIEF
: As an HR intern you will play an essential role in supporting our tasks coordinating team s daytoday hiring including administrative interviews maintaining employee records and preparing reports. We believe that these responsibilities will help you to develop your organizational and communication skills while providing you with a comprehensive understanding of HR recruitment. We want to ensure that you have a fulfilling and rewarding experience. During your time with us our team will work with you with opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge. We encourage you to ask questions seek feedback and be proactive in your learning.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Sourcing for candidates 2. Researching and providing strategic methods for the improvement of the working module 3. Job and feed posting on general career websites and other relevant portals 4. Develop relationships with universities and colleges for the arrangement of intern programs 5. Working proactively with other team members 6. Carrying the flow process of recruitment 7. Assist with other H R related tasks as needed 8. Provide at least 2 hours each day (6 days a week) for the tasks given.mmary of what your company does
