The company has history of over 25 years and has over 75 employees across three verticals of Food Ingredients Personal Ingredients and other Specialty Chemicals . The company deals in over 325 products sourced from over 40 global suppliers and well established relationship with over 4000 clients across India.



Overview:

The Human Resource Intern plays a crucial role in supporting the HR team in various administrative and strategic HR functions. This role is instrumental in gaining valuable handson experience in HR operations recruitment and employee relations contributing to the overall success of the HR department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment activities such as job posting resume screening and scheduling interviews
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Coordinate and conduct new employee orientations and onboarding processes
  • Assist with employee relations initiatives and maintaining employee records
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team including managing documentation and data entry
  • Participate in HR projects and contribute to process improvements
  • Assist with training and development initiatives for employees
  • Support in conducting HRrelated research and data analysis
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events
  • Contribute to maintaining and updating HR databases and employee files
  • Assist in drafting internal communications and HRrelated announcements
  • Participate in HR meetings and contribute innovative ideas to the team
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and HR best practices
  • Provide support in various HR administrative tasks as needed

Required Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
  • Knowledge of HR processes and best practices is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office particularly with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative
  • Previous internship or office experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of HRIS or HR software is desirable
  • Ability to adapt to change and display a positive flexible approach
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources
