Job Overview

ILP Overseas is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Human Resources Intern. As an intern you will support the HR department in various tasks and gain handson experience in the field of human resources. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to start their career in HR and develop their skills in a fastpaced and dynamic environment. The internship is for a duration of less than 1 year and is based in Kolkata West Bengal India.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
  • Effective problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
  • Good presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment and selection process including posting job openings reviewing resumes and scheduling interviews.
  • Participate in new employee onboarding including preparing documents conducting orientations and coordinating training sessions.
  • Assist in maintaining employee records and HR databases.
  • Support the HR team in creating and updating HR policies and procedures.
  • Perform research on HRrelated topics and contribute to the development of HR initiatives.
  • Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
