• Recruitment (Field Staff & Head Office) Fixing interviews shortlisting background check and once finalized Issue the offer Prepare MIS and HR Dashboards.
• Connect with field employees and understand their grievances and resolve them
• Maintain & update the Employee Master with all important documents of all staff properly across locations
• Ensure Head Office & Field attendance and leave records of all staff for payroll process

• Working experience with various job profiles varying from NonIT domain.
• Responsible for recruiting Healthcare Staff NonIT professional on different states of the India on particular skills of our Involved in full cycle Recruitment involving sourcing identifying and interviewing screening and placing
• personnel in quick turnaround time in contract contract to hire and permanent positions.
• Tracking and maintaining employee s monthly attendance.
• Hands on experience in using Microsoft Office Suite such as MSOutlook MSExcel MSWord and Google
• Apps such as Google Docs Google Drive for my work.
