Seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner for our BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) firm. Responsible for aligning HR strategies with business objectives driving employee engagement and fostering a highperformance culture. Key duties include talent acquisition employee relations performance management and HR policy implementation. Collaborate closely with management to address staffing needs enhance employee development programs and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Facilitate effective communication between employees and management resolving conflicts and promoting a positive work environment. Ideal candidates possess a Bachelors degree in HR management or related field with demonstrated experience in BPO industry HR practices.
