Overview:

The Human Recruiter plays a vital role in identifying and attracting top talent within an organization. They are responsible for managing the endtoend recruitment process from sourcing and screening candidates to managing the offer and onboarding process. The Human Recruiter collaborates with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and requirements
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
  • Screen resumes and application forms
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
  • Assess applicants relevant knowledge skills soft skills experience and aptitudes
  • Promote the companys reputation as an employer of choice
  • Coordinate the hiring process including negotiating salaries and preparing employment contracts
  • Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
  • Keept track of recruiting metrics
  • Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services colleges employment agencies recruiters media and internet sites

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an inhouse recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
  • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured competencybased stress etc.)
  • Strong decisionmaking skills
  • Ability to provide analytical and welldocumented reports
  • Familiarity with HR databases Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Good negotiation and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to manage highvolume recruitment processes
