Job Description
We () are a B2B Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company that provides business engagement solutions to organizations worldwide.
We have always been a remote company spread across six countries and five continents. Youll work remotely from your home in India and report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer.
As a Hubspot CMS Developer, youll be responsible for developing and maintaining the OnceHub website.
To excel in this position, You should have a great understanding of:
- The entire web development process, including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Responsive and adaptive design, as well as web mobile optimization.
- Website performance optimization to improve user experience and search engine rankings.
- On-page SEO optimization, including meta tags, schema markup, and URL structure improvements.
Understanding of web analytics and experience in implementing Google analytics 4 is a plus.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain responsive websites and landing pages using the HubSpot Content Management System (CMS).
- Customize and optimize website templates and modules within HubSpot to meet design and functional requirements.
- Implement and integrate third-party tools and APIs into HubSpot to enhance website functionality and user experience.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and user-friendly web assets, ensuring brand consistency.
- Collaborate with the SEO team to improve search engine rankings.
- Collaborate with the growth team to assist in implementing GA4 reports.
- Stay updated with the latest web development trends, HubSpot features, and industry best practices, implementing them to enhance our digital presence.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues or bugs related to web development and HubSpot implementation.
The ideal candidate must have:
- Proven experience as a web developer with a strong understanding of front-end web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Proficiency in using the HubSpot CMS to build and maintain websites and landing pages. HubSpot CMS certification is a plus.
- Familiarity with HubSpots design tools, including the drag-and-drop editor and custom module development.
- Experience integrating third-party tools and APIs into HubSpot for enhanced functionality.
- Understanding of responsive web design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
- Continuous learning mindset, staying updated with the latest web development trends and HubSpot features.
