We have partnered with a European Product Company looking to expand their Development Team in Uruguay. They own an iGaming platform that a lot of users interact with in the daytoday world.

We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Senior HR Business Partner to join our Human Resources team in Porto Alegre Brazil. Reporting to the Head of HR as such you will work closely with the Head of HR acting as a senior operational and strategic advisor providing comprehensive HR support to managers in Brazil.

Partnering with the global HR team you will be expected to drive HR initiatives that foster organizational growth enhance employee engagement and cultivate a culture of excellence and inclusion.

This role is pivotal in spearheading our HR strategy to drive expansion in our next growth phase. This position blends strategic planning with handson execution offering an exciting opportunity for a resultsdriven HR professional to continue developing in a dynamic international environment. This role will require traveling to other locations in Brazil regularly. As part of the global HR team the Se reports to the Head of Human Resources.

Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Support: Serve as a key member of the global HR team to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives in Brazil

Employee Relations: Manage and support resolving employee relations issues as they arise ensuring fair and consistent enforcement of global and local HR policies and practices

Change Management: Support with organizational change initiatives guiding transitions

Talent Management: Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to build a highperforming and diverse workforce

Performance Management: Guide and support the development of performance management systems that align with company goals and employee development and retention

Compensation and Benefits: Collaborate with the Head of HR to ensure competitive and equitable compensation and benefits structures

Training and Development: Partnering with the L&D team and KTO Academy to identify training needs and develop programs that provide employees with the skills necessary for current and future roles

Diversity and Inclusion: Champion diversity and inclusion efforts ensuring they are integrated into all aspects of HR and business processes

HR Metrics and Analytics: Utilise HR metrics and analytics to inform strategic decisionmaking and report on HR performance

Policy Development: Together with the Head of HR review develop and implement HR policies and procedures to drive consistency and compliance across the organisation

Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to all employees building strong relationships and providing expert advice on HR matters as required

Any other duties as required.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or experience to match; Relevant HR certifications would be considered a benefit

Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar senior HR position preferably within gaming of technology organization

Demonstrable experience in strategic planning employee relations talent management and performance management

Strong understanding of Brazilian employment law and its application in the workplace

Experience with and an interest in HR metrics data analysis and reporting

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with employees at all levels

Strong empathy and conflict resolution skills with a proven track record of positively influencing organizational culture

Fluency in Portuguese and English both written and verbal is mandatory.
