The HRBP Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting HRBPs or HR Managers in delivering effective HR services to the organization. They assist in various HR activities including employee relations talent management HR compliance and administrative tasks.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in human resources business administration or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Several years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on HR business partnering. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Experience working in a global or multi-site organization is a plus. HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP) is desirable but not always required.
