As an integral member of the People Services Team your role is multifaceted and crucial to the smooth running of our operations. You will engage in a variety of HR tasks such as managing digital personnel files assisting with the onboarding process of new colleagues and contributing to the improvement of our HR processes. Your analytical skills will shine as you research market best practices and HR innovations to bring fresh perspectives to our team.

Your responsibilities will also extend to office management tasks including purchasing supplies coordinating onboarding packages and acting as a point of information for our processes and standards. Your contribution to knowledge management will ensure our team operates efficiently and maintains a welcoming environment for everyone who walks through our doors.

We Are Looking For:

• Educational Background: Enrollment in a study program related to business administration business psychology economics psychology or social sciences.

• Skills and Experience: A plus if you have experience in HR or office management but your willingness to learn is what truly matters to us.

• Team Collaboration: You should thrive in team settings display exceptional communication skills and maintain a positive attitude even in fastpaced environments.

• Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Office and HRIS like Personio is desirable alongside excellent language skills in English and Spanish.

• Personal Attributes: Independent serviceoriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to approach challenges with flexibility and confidence.
