Role and ResponsibilitiesAs an HR recruiter at Xponent n Services your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and understand job requirements
- Sourcing potential candidates through various channels including job portals social media and professional networks
- Conducting prescreening interviews to assess candidates qualifications and fit for specific roles
- Managing the endtoend recruitment process including resume screening conducting interviews and coordinating with candidates for further assessments
- Building and maintaining a strong candidate network by proactively engaging with potential candidates and maintaining relationships with existing candidates
- Staying uptodate with industry trends and best practices in recruitment to ensure effective talent acquisition strategies
- Meeting individual and team targets to ensure timely and efficient recruitment delivery
- Handling recruitmentrelated documentation and maintaining accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system
Candidate QualificationsThe ideal candidate for this role should possess:
- A Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
- Proven experience as an HR recruiter or in a similar role
- Demonstrated ability to handle bulk hiring and targetoriented recruitment
