Recruiting screening interviewing and placing candidates
- Supervising HR staff performance and guiding employees to better performance
- Creating referral programs updating HR policies and overseeing hiring processes

- Providing operational support to line managers and HR Director/Managers in employee relations issues
- Planning directing and coordinating the administrative function of an organization

Requirements
