Company: Elite Business Solution
Shift Timing: 10:00 AM 06:30 PM
Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Monday to Saturday)
Training: 1 Day training only
Salary: CommissionBased/Target based for starting 3 months Post that a Fixed Salary. 10500 for 8 joining s (BPO International process Candidates).
Languages Required: English and Hindi (Both)
Eligibility Criteria:
- Strong objection handling skills.
- A good understanding of recruitment.
- A laptop and WiFi connection.
- An alternative SIM/number for candidate calls.
- A compatible phone for call recording.
- Comfort working within company norms.
- Availability on call email and WhatsApp groups during shift hours.
- IT Recruiters are not eligible as its for BPO Hiring.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct interviews over the phone.
- Use various recruiting methods like job advertising/posting.
- Source candidates from databases social media etc.
- Post a Job on various portals >> Take Interview on calls >> Align the interview in the company >> Follow up with them till the joining date.
Interview Process:
- HR (On call) >> Ops (On video call).
