HR Onboarding Coordinator

Pay range$2021 an hr

The Onboarding Coordinator will be assigned to facilities or markets within divisions or lines of business and
be responsible for some or all of the following under direction of a Supervisor:
Must have worked remotely for a minimum of 6 months

Provide excellent customer service by responding to both phone and online inquiries from HR
colleagues candidates hiring managers HR Answers and internal colleagues in an effort to
ensure candidates meet the planned start date.
Monitor preemployment processes related to Foreign Official (FO/FO) questions consent forms
background check and drug screen and PreBoarding Tour completion
Partners with facilities to ensure candidates are meeting Employee Health Requirements
Manages Remote I9 Process for new hires
Utilize tools and resources to ensure candidate is flowing through system(s) and processes
appropriately and timely.
Provide ongoing communication to Regional HR Director regarding candidate status
Serve as a liaison between candidate and Clinets vendors where necessary.
Participate in ongoing performance improvement initiatives allowing for development.
Exceed established productivity metrics as outlined trained and published by Management.
Manage workload efficiently to fulfill commitments in a timely manner
Uphold and emulate companys values as outlined in the Code of Conduct Staff Expectations Mission
and Values Statement
Perform required tasks in accordance with established service level agreements (SLAs).


Education & Experience:
Bachelors degree Required
1 year(s) of experience in relevant work Required
Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
Licenses Certifications & Training:

Prior knowledge of HR concepts and terminology
Able to manage multiple priorities think tactically and strategically demonstrate objectivity be
resultsoriented and show initiative and creativity
Strong customer service orientation
Strong computer skills and technical capabilities including but not limited to Microsoft Office
and Lawson HRMS Taleo etc.
