Track and update the attendance cases: leaves permissions business leaves and work missions.
Finalize the attendance report after making sure that all leaves and permission are submitted by employees.
Make reports of vacation remaining balance of all employees.
Manage the medical insurance for employees (claims Approval Addition or Deletion)
Arrange the gatherings and trips for the employees.
Conducting researches (training agencies and Universities) for the employees required training.
Assist in gathering training needs and the implementation of training and development plans.
Prepare an internal Memos and HR related admin work.
Process employees queries and respond in a timely manner.
Ensuring HR policies & procedures run smoothly at all time
University degree in a businessrelated field.
Fluent in written and spoken English & Arabic.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
From 02 years of experience in HR field.
