Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to lead our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with exceptional interpersonal skills and a passion for cultivating a positive work culture. As the HR Manager you will oversee all aspects of HR operations including recruitment employee relations performance management training and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
  • Lead recruitment efforts by sourcing attracting and selecting top talent to meet the organizations needs.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new hires ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Oversee employee relations activities including conflict resolution disciplinary actions and grievance handling.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to employees and managers.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports as needed.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field (Masters degree preferred).
  • Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles practices and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus.
