Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our team at Payrollcloud. The HR Manager will play a crucial role in managing various HR functions and supporting the companys growth and development initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Manage endtoend recruitment processes including job postings candidate screening interviews and onboarding.
  
• Coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge within the organization.
  
• Handle employee relations matters including conflict resolution disciplinary actions and performance management.
  
• Oversee payroll administration ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
  
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to maintain a positive work environment.
  
• Support employee benefits administration including enrollment changes and inquiries.
  
• Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
  
• Provide HRrelated reports and analysis to support decisionmaking processes.
  
• Stay updated on HR trends best practices and legal requirements to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
  

Requirements:

12 years of experience in HR management or related roles.

Strong understanding of HR principles practices and regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
