Role description
As an HR management consultant, you are the contact person with the clients (, board members, HR members). You will develop different solutions and ensure the connection to the HR processes for different financial or industrial
You have the opportunity to develop yourself both on the professional and personal level, share your ideas and implement them in interesting projects from different areas (, talent management, compensation systems, bench-marking, ). Role demands
- 2+ years of experience with remuneration systems, performance management, talent management, or bench-marking
- 1+ years of experience in project management in a consulting or line function
- Experience with financial modeling
- Great command of Excel and PowerPoint is a must
- Advanced English, Dutch is a plus
