Overview:

The HR role is crucial in ensuring the organizations workforce is managed effectively in compliance with regulations and aligned with business objectives. HR professionals play a pivotal role in recruitment performance management employee relations and fostering a positive work culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process including job posting interviewing and onboarding
  • Oversee employee relations counseling and disciplinary actions
  • Administer compensation and benefits
  • Execute performance management and improvement systems
  • Handle employee grievances conflicts and investigations
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout HR management
  • Manage and maintain HRIS and employee records
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies systems tactics and procedures across the organization
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands grievances or other issues
  • Nurture a positive working environment by promoting corporate culture and values
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
  • Maintain employee and workplace privacy and confidentiality
  • Support current and future business needs through the development engagement motivation and preservation of human capital

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or relevant field
  • Proven work experience as an HR professional or in a similar role
  • Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Familiarity with industryrelated software and tools
  • Aptitude in problemsolving and decisionmaking
  • Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics
  • Strong ethical standards and high level of confidentiality
  • Effective team management abilities
  • SHRMCP or PHR certification is a plus
  • Proven track record of success in a diverse highvolume HR environment
  • Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time efficiently
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Adaptable and flexible approach in a dynamic work environment
