HR Specialist

Overview:

The HR Specialist plays a crucial role in the organization by managing various HR functions and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. They are responsible for recruiting hiring and onboarding employees as well as handling employee relations performance management and HRIS administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing screening and interviewing candidates
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new hires including orientation and training programs
  • Handle employee relations issues and conduct investigations when necessary
  • Administer and maintain HRIS and ensure data accuracy
  • Manage employee benefits payroll and compensation
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws regulations and company policies
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide guidance on performance management
  • Coordinate employee training and development initiatives
  • Assist in organizational development and change management
  • Participate in strategic workforce planning and talent management
  • Handle employee grievances and mediate conflicts
  • Provide HR support to management and employees
  • Prepare and maintain HR reports and metrics
  • Stay updated on HR trends and best practices

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in HR Business Administration or related field
  • 5 years of experience in HR roles
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
  • Experience with HRIS and other HR software
  • Strong understanding of recruitment and selection processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Certification in HR (e.g. SHRMCP PHR) preferred
  • Proven problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software applications
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all work
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fastpaced environment
  • Excellent conflict resolution and negotiation skills
