Overview:

The HR Internship role is an essential part of our organization as it provides individuals with the opportunity to gain handson experience in various HR functions. The role supports the HR team in executing key administrative tasks aiding in the recruitment process and contributing to the overall employee experience. This internship offers the chance to learn and grow within a dynamic HR environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with the recruitment process including job posting screening resumes and scheduling interviews
  • Supporting employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Assisting in organizing and maintaining employee records
  • Participating in HR projects and initiatives
  • Conducting research on HR best practices and trends
  • Assisting in creating and updating HR policies and procedures
  • Handling employee inquiries and providing support
  • Collaborating with the HR team on various administrative tasks
  • Contributing to employee engagement initiatives
  • Assisting in scheduling and organizing HRrelated meetings and events
  • Participating in the development and execution of training programs
  • Supporting HR analytics and reporting
  • Assisting in maintaining HR databases and systems
  • Participating in adhoc HR administrative tasks as needed

Required Qualifications:

  • Enrolled in a Bachelors degree program in HR Business Administration or related field
  • Demonstrated interest in HR through coursework or extracurricular activities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Detailoriented with strong problemsolving abilities
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Understanding of basic HR principles and practices
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative
  • Adaptable and open to feedback
  • Knowledge of HRIS or other HR software is a plus
  • Previous office or administrative experience is advantageous
  • Understanding of labor laws and regulations is a plus
