Tasks

As an HR intern youll jump into tasks like:

• Responding to all kinds of team member requests efficiently.
• Handling the onboarding of new folks and managing offboarding processes.
• Crafting and posting job openings and scheduling interviews.
• Taking care of our career page.
• Keeping track of and refining our HR processes.

Since Marvia is growing and evolving our methods arent rigid. Were looking forward to your fresh ideas on how we can improve and streamline the way we work.

Requirements

• Youre a proactive achiever
• Youve got a keen eye for detail and fantastic interpersonal skills.
• Integrity is one of your core values.
• Youre fluent in English both in speaking and writing.
• Youre available to work 35 days a week for at least 20 weeks.
• Were looking for an intern eager to gain practical experience in HR
