HR Intern - Benelux

Your mission

Being a HR Intern is an exciting task since you are the superhero our clients need. You know what setup of our solutions will satisfy their needs therefore these here are your most important tasks:

• Youll ensure employee records are accurate and updated
• Youll process labour documentation such as contracts and confidentiality agreements
• Youll handle sensitive data according the GDPR regulations
• Youll assist in administering employee benefit programs
• Youll provide support to employee on HR related topics
• Youll ensure HR policies are consistently followed within Sungrow
• Youll help maintain essential HR records for compliance
• Youll provide the initial support in addressing ER issues

Your profile

All right all right so I hope you are now aware of what is up for you what background should you have in order to feel comfortable with this role Keep in mind its all about electrical equipment thats why it is essential for you to have:

• Degree in HR or business (currently enrolled or recently graduated)
• Fluency in English
• Language skills in Dutch or Chinese (Mandarin)
• Superior time management and organizational skills
• A team player with great attention to detail
• Ability to multitask
• Strong sense of responsibility and accountability
