• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the companys goals focusing on recruitment talent management and employee relations.
• Oversee the endtoend recruitment process ensuring the acquisition of skilled and qualified personnel.
• Implement effective HR policies and procedures ensuring compliance with labor laws and industry regulations.
• Handle employee grievances disciplinary actions and conflict resolution in a fair and consistent manner.
• Collaborate with department heads to drive employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive work culture.
• Manage performance appraisal systems and training programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.

• Proven experience as an HR Head or a similar senior HR role in a manufacturing setup within the solar or related industry.
• Indepth knowledge of labor laws HR best practices and compliance standards.
• Demonstrated experience in handling a large workforce specifically managing 2000 employees.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor the HR team effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Human Resources or relevant field.
