Job Description

Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Planning:
Develop and implement HR strategies that support the organization's overall objectives.
Collaborate with senior management to align HR initiatives with business goals.
HR Operations:
Oversee all aspects of HR operations including recruitment onboarding performance
management and employee relations.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Continuously evaluate and improve HR processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
HR Policies and Procedures:
Develop review and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and alignment
with best practices.
Communicate policies and procedures to employees and provide guidance on interpretation and
implementation.
Learning & Development:
Design and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and
capabilities.
Identify training needs through performance evaluations and skill gap analyses.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
Employee Engagement and Retention:
Develop initiatives to promote employee engagement satisfaction and retention.
Conduct surveys and gather feedback to assess employee morale and identify areas for
improvement.
Implement strategies to recognize and reward employee contributions.
Performance Management:
Oversee the performance management process including goal setting performance
evaluations and feedback mechanisms.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performancerelated issues.
HR Analytics and Reporting:
Collect and analyze HR data to identify trends insights and areas for improvement.
Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management on HR metrics and KPIs.
Requirements:
Master's degree in Human Resources (MBA from Tier1 or 2) Business Schools.
10 to 15 years of progressive experience in Human Resources with a focus on HR operations
policies processes Learning & Development and training.
Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business results.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence at all
levels of the organization.
Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
HR certification (e.g. SHRMCP PHR) preferred.
Experience working in a dynamic and diverse work environment.
