Job Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition and Retention:

  • Oversee the recruitment process ensuring the organization attracts and hires top talent.
  • Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to integrate new employees into the company culture.
  • Implement strategies for employee retention career development and succession planning.
  • Meticulous Payroll Management:

    • Oversee all aspects of payroll administration including payroll processing tax compliance and benefits administration.
    • Ensure accuracy and timeliness in payroll processing adhering to relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
    • Continuously assess and optimize payroll systems and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Address and resolve payrollrelated inquiries and discrepancies with professionalism and attention to detail.

    Strategic Employee Engagement Initiatives:

    • Spearhead employee engagement initiatives designed to enhance workplace satisfaction morale and productivity.
    • Develop and implement comprehensive engagement programs including recognition schemes wellness initiatives and teambuilding activities.
    • Foster open communication channels and actively solicit feedback from employees to identify areas for improvement.
    • Proactively address employee concerns and promote a culture of inclusivity respect and collaboration.

    Compliance and HR Policy Adherence:

    • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws regulations and industry standards mitigating legal risks.
    • Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures to promote consistency fairness and transparency across the organization.
    • Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HRrelated matters including disciplinary actions and grievance resolution.
    • Stay abreast of emerging HR trends best practices and legislative changes to inform strategic decisionmaking.

    Leadership in Performance Management:

    • Drive performance management processes including goal setting performance evaluations and talent development initiatives.
    • Partner with managers to address performance issues provide coaching and support and facilitate performance improvement plans.
    • Recognize and reward highperforming employees fostering a culture of meritocracy and continuous growth.

    Training and Development:

    • Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
    • Coordinate with training providers or develop inhouse training sessions.
    • Monitor the effectiveness of training initiatives and adjust as needed.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field; Masters degree preferred
    • Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in human resource management with a focus on recruitment payroll administration and employee engagement.
    • Proven track record of leadership and strategic HR management in complex organizational environments.
