Tasks
- Beratung von Mitarbeitern und Managern in HRAngelegenheiten
- Verwaltung von Sozialleistungsprogrammen und Leistungsmanagement
- Untersttzung im RecruitingProzess und Onboarding neuer Mitarbeiter
- HRAdministrationsaufgaben und Untersttzung bei globalen HRProzessen
Requirements
- BachelorAbschluss in Personalwesen BWL oder hnlichem
- 25 Jahre Erfahrung in HR
- Kenntnisse in Arbeitsgesetzen und HRPraktiken
- Starke Kommunikations und Organisationsfhigkeiten
- Deutsch C1 Englisch B2
