Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist with proficiency in utilizing Zoho Tools to streamline and optimize HR processes. As an integral member of our HR team you will play a key role in supporting various HR functions including recruitment employee relations performance management training and development and HR administration. Your expertise in leveraging Zoho Tools will enable us to enhance our HR operations and deliver a seamless employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding:
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Source screen and interview candidates using Zoho Recruit or other Zoho HR tools.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires including paperwork orientation and training coordination.

Employee Relations:
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Address employee relations issues in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Performance Management:
  • Assist in the implementation and administration of performance management processes including goal setting performance evaluations and feedback mechanisms.
  • Utilize Zoho People or other Zoho HR tools to track and manage employee performance data.

Training and Development:
  • Coordinate training initiatives and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
  • Maintain training records and track employee participation using Zoho People or similar tools.

HR Administration:
  • Manage HRIS (Human Resources Information System) data and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Prepare and maintain HRrelated documentation including employee contracts policies and procedures.
  • Generate reports and analytics using Zoho Analytics or other reporting tools to support decisionmaking and compliance efforts.


Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist preferably with specific experience using Zoho Tools.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles practices and employment laws.
  • Proficiency in utilizing Zoho Recruit Zoho People Zoho Analytics and other Zoho HR tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
