Role and Responsibilities:
The HR Executive will be responsible for leading the panIndia internal recruitment process managing the entire interview process and coordinating with the sales and operations team. Key responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various methods screening candidates conducting interviews managing onboarding and new hire processes staying updated on recruiting trends ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations coordinating with hiring managers overseeing daytoday operations designing and implementing company policies handling salaryrelated issues employee induction managing retention and attrition conducting exit interviews and addressing employee grievances.
