Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in fostering a positive and inclusive work environment while managing various HR functions. This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of HR policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition:

    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.

    • Source screen and interview candidates.

    • Conduct reference checks and facilitate the hiring process.

    • Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies.

  • Employee Relations:

    • Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.

    • Mediate and resolve conflicts between employees.

    • Conduct investigations and provide recommendations for resolution.

  • Performance Management:

    • Implement and oversee performance appraisal processes.

    • Provide guidance to managers on performance improvement plans.

    • Assist in talent development and succession planning.

  • Training and Development:

    • Identify training needs and coordinate training programs.

    • Develop and implement onboarding processes for new hires.

    • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development.

  • Benefits Administration:

    • Administer employee benefits programs.

    • Assist employees with benefitrelated inquiries.

    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in benefits.

  • HR Policies and Compliance:

    • Develop and update HR policies and procedures.

    • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.

    • Conduct regular audits to assess compliance.

  • Employee Engagement:

    • Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement.

    • Organize teambuilding activities and events.

    • Gather and analyze employee feedback to improve the workplace.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field..

  • Strong knowledge of HR laws regulations and best practices.

  • Excellent communication interpersonal and problemsolving skills.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
