Working Timings 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Role & Responsibilities

Staff Management: Oversee and manage a diverse staff of approximately 300 employees. Foster a positive workplace culture that aligns with the bakerys values and promotes employee engagement.

Payroll and Compensation: Administer and supervise the payroll process ensuring accurate and timely disbursement of salaries and benefits. Maintain payroll records deductions and tax compliance in accordance with local regulations.

Employee Relations: Address and resolve employee concerns conflicts and grievances in a fair and confidential manner. Conduct regular checkins with staff to gauge employee satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.

Recruitment and Onboarding: Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and initiate recruitment processes. Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires ensuring a seamless integration into the bakerys work environment.

Policy Development and Compliance: Develop update and communicate HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards. Stay informed about changes in labor legislation and update policies accordingly.

Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs. Encourage continuous learning and skill enhancement to support career growth within the bakery.

Health and Safety: Implement and enforce health and safety protocols to create a secure working environment. Coordinate with relevant authorities to ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.

Administration: Handle administrative tasks related to HR functions including documentation recordkeeping and employee files. Coordinate employee events recognition programs and other initiatives to boost morale and team spirit.

Requirements:

Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.

Proven experience in HR roles with a focus on administration and staff management.

Indepth knowledge of labor laws and regulations with the ability to interpret and apply them effectively.

Ability to communicate HR policies and procedures clearly and professionally.

Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and MS Office applications.

Proficient in handling the endtoend process of payslip generation and salary management.

Experience with payroll software and systems to ensure accurate and timely salary disbursement.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
