HR Document Analyst

We are currently looking for a HR Document Analyst for one of our clients in the insurance industry.

What is in it for you:

Hourly salary of $33 to $37 based on experience.
9month contract.
Fulltime position: 37.50 hours per week.
Work schedule: evening shifts may start between 3 pm to 5 pm.
Hybrid work: 2 remote days and 3 days in the office (Tuesday to Thursday).

Responsibilities:

Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for document management.
Coordinate the collection organization testing and facilitation of document transmission from stakeholders to the new document system.
Assist in testing the document management system including the classification of documents by record type.
Oversee the document destruction process in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Address escalated issues through effective written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
Offer informal training and support to users of the document management system.

What you will need to succeed:

Bachelor s Degree in a relevant field.
25 years of experience in a related position.
Experience collaborating with large organizations is preferred.
Knowledge of records management and library science is advantageous.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Proficiency in analytical thinking and problemsolving.
Effective time management skills to meet client expectations and deadlines.
Strong organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to act with urgency exercise good judgment and make sound decisions.
Adaptability and a proactive attitude towards quickly learning new processes and technologies as well as continuous improvement in performance and skillsl
Commitment to providing outstanding customer service with a flexible and creative approach to meeting customer needs.
Willingness to take ownership and be accountable for tasks to prevent escalations.
Ability to respond positively and productively to challenges and opportunities.
