Are you ready to shape the future of HR in a dynamic employeeowned company Lane Enterprises LLC a leader in the stormwater management industry is seeking a strategic HR Director to revolutionize their HR function and drive organizational success.

About Lane: Lane Enterprises has been a pioneer since 1934 specializing in corrugated metal and highdensity polyethylene pipe solutions. With their recent acquisition of Pacific Corrugated Pipe Company they are now one of the largest American manufacturers in stormwater pipe products. Headquartered in Camp Hill Pennsylvania Lane operates across 17 facilities serving customers across 38 states and Canada with a team of over 500 dedicated employeeowners.

The Opportunity: As their HR Director you'll lead the transformation of their HR function collaborating with leadership across locations to establish a unified HR team. You'll develop and implement a strategic roadmap to enhance HR processes mitigate risks and elevate the employee experience. With their recent implementation of the Paylocity HRIS/Payroll platform you'll have the technological support to drive impactful change.

In this role you will have the opportunity to:

  • Centralize HR Management
  • Build a talented and lean HR support team
  • Utilize your expertise in MultiState Regulatory Compliance
  • Build Relationships and Trust with Operational Leaders

The Position: This pivotal role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of HR best practices. You'll oversee all aspects of HR functions including talent acquisition employee relations learning and development compensation benefits HR analytics legal compliance and policy development.

Education and Experience:

  • BS in Human Resource Management or related field
  • MS degree or HR certifications preferred
  • Proven experience in an HR leadership role

Compensation:

  • Base Compensation: $165000$175000
  • Annual Bonus Opportunity
  • Phantom Stock Ownership
  • ESOP Participation (1000 hours of service)
