HR Compliance Officer

About the role:

We are actively seeking an HR Compliance Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our companys HR policies comply with regulations and laws. The HR Compliance Officer will also be responsible for developing HR compliance policies and communicating them to all staff.

Responsibilities:

• Designing and implementing HR programs policies and practices that comply with legal guidelines.
• Managing and resolving complex employmentrelated issues.
• Updating the HRIS with regulatory requirements.
• Auditing internal HR processes to ensure they align with regulations.
• Coordinating with legal counsel to interpret legal requirements and government reporting regulations.
• Creating organizing and maintaining audit files.
• Supporting HR mobility which ensure the procedure align with European labor law.
• Other adhoc HR related responsibilities as required.

Skills and requirements

• A degree in human resources business administration or a relevant field.
• At least 1 years of HR compliance or related experience in Europe. Working experience in the Netherlands is a plus.
• Understanding of employment laws and other HR compliance regulations.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Strong problemsolving abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information professionally and discreetly.
• Fluent in English written and verbal. Knowledge of Chinese is a plus.
